First case report of bilateral metastatic intratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma. | LitMetric

Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is the most common soft-tissue sarcoma in children. The tumor spreads by local extension, to regional lymph nodes, or by distant metastasis. Only few cases of intratesticular metastatic RMS have been reported in the published data. We present a case of an 18-year-old boy with metastatic alveolar RMS to the testis and the first reported case of bilateral testicular involvement.
