Introduction: While diagnosis rates of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) vary within countries at a large-scale municipal level, small neighbourhood geographic variation remains understudied. In this nationwide study, we describe the rates of ASD and ADHD diagnoses in children and adults by geographical data zones of approximately 2,500 residents across Denmark.
Methods: We included a population of children born from 1993 through 2020 and an adult population born from 1977 through 2003.

Study Question: To what extent can hypertensive disorders in pregnancy (HDP) explain the higher risk of preterm birth following frozen embryo transfer (frozen-ET) and fresh embryo transfer (fresh-ET) in ART compared with naturally conceived pregnancies?
Summary Answer: HDP did not contribute to the higher risk of preterm birth in pregnancies after fresh-ET but mediated 20.7% of the association between frozen-ET and preterm birth.
What Is Known Already: Risk of preterm birth is higher after ART compared to natural conception.

Objective: To evaluate whether perinatal and infant outcomes differ between singleton births after assisted reproductive technology (ART) in women with endometriosis alone and those with other causes of infertility.
Design: Population-based data linkage cohort study.
Patients: A total of 29,152 ART-conceived singleton births from 24,116 mothers, 2010-2017, New South Wales, Australia.

Objective: To develop machine learning prediction models for small for gestational age with baseline characteristics and biochemical tests of various pregnancy stages individually and collectively and compare predictive performance.
Study Design: This retrospective study included singleton pregnancies with infants born between May 2018 and March 2023. Small for gestational age was defined as a birth weight below the 10th percentile according to the Intergrowth-21st fetal growth standards.

Introduction: Many extremely small preterm infants need to be intubated and mechanically ventilated during their intensive care stay. Animal studies indicate that lung compliance can deteriorate rapidly under conventional ventilation. This study investigated whether this presumed deterioration in compliance actually occurs in extremely small preterm infants.
