Granulosa cell tumor (GCT) with synchronous mature teratoma is extremely rare and only eight cases are documented in the literature. GCT is low-grade malignancy and need a close follow up for recurrences which may be late. We report a case of GCT and mature teratoma occurring synchronously in the same ovary in a perimenopausal woman.

Objective: To develop and validate an individualized nomogram for predicting adnexal torsion in women with abdominal pain and an adnexal mass based on preoperative non-contrast computed tomography (CT) findings.
Methods: This retrospective study included 200 women with surgically resected ovarian lesions who underwent preoperative non-contrast CT for abdominal pain from January 2017 to September 2023 in seven hospitals. The 200 patients were randomly divided into a development group (140 cases) and a validation group (60 cases).

Purpose: The purpose of this manuscript is to report a rare case of an orbital cyst detected intrauterine with sonography.
Observation: A 23-year-old female presented for routine prenatal monitoring when an orbital cyst was detected with a transabdominal ultrasound. Uncomplicated cesarean section was performed at 38 weeks gestation with proptosis of the left globe being noted on ophthalmic examination of the newborn.
