Introduction: Association of cutaneous metastasis with cervical carcinoma is a rare finding, with only a few case reports in literature.
Case Report: Herein, we report a case of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, which later presented as widespread skin metastases on the surgical scar as an initial sign of recurrent disease.
Conclusion: In conclusion, incisional cutaneous and vulval metastasis is a rarity with cancer cervix and is considered as an ominous prognostic sign with a short survival after diagnosis.

Objective: To study immediate therapeutic outcomes, subsequent fertility effects and menstrual changes in cesarean scar pregnancy patients who received uterine artery embolization with or without methotrexate followed by ultrasound guided curettage.
Materials And Methods: Totally, 82 patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in our study and divided into two groups. Group I included 50 patients who received uterine artery embolization and ultrasound guided curettage, and Group II had 32 patients who received uterine artery embolization plus methotrexate and ultrasound guided curettage.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of minimally invasive dermabrasion for deep second-degree facial burn wounds during the early postburn phase.
Methods: A total of 35 patients with deep second-degree facial burns underwent minimally invasive debridement using a hydrosurgery system within 2-4 days post-injury. Subsequently, the wounds were covered with human biological dressings.
