Objective: This study analysed the characteristics of new drugs listed under the pharmaco-economic evaluation exemption (PEE) system from 2015 to 2022 in South Korea and examined the factors influencing the pricing decisions under this system.
Methods: A mixed-methods statistical approach was used to comprehensively evaluate the factors influencing drug pricing under PEE system. Descriptive statistics provide an overview of the dataset, while inferential statistics, including t-tests and Pearson's correlation analyses, are used to explore variable associations.

Objectives: Anaemia is a key cause of morbidity in chronic kidney disease (CKD). Androgen deficiency (AD) in males can contribute to anaemia of all causes, including in CKD. We sought to examine the prevalence of AD in men with CKD, the extent to which it contributed to anaemia and whether it was independently associated with long-term survival.

Objectives: The Canadian Prospective Cohort Study to Understand Progression in MS (CanProCo) was designed to evaluate a wide range of factors associated with the onset and rate of clinical disease progression in MS and to describe the interplay between these factors.

Introduction: This study sought to investigate the affordable price of sotorasib among patients with previously treated advanced KRASG12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) through a cost-effectiveness analysis from the perspectives of both the Chinese healthcare system and the patients.
Methods: We developed a Markov model spanning a 20-year time horizon with a cycle length of 21 days. Our data were derived from the CodeBreaK 200 clinical trial, supplemented with published literature, publicly available national databases, and local hospitals.
