Rationale: This case report aims to enhance understanding of pancreatobiliary maljunction (PBM) and promote more proactive treatment.
Patient Concerns: The patient, a 24-year-old Chinese female, was admitted to the hospital on April 7, 2020, due to "recurrent abdominal pain for over 2 years, with a recent episode accompanied by nausea and vomiting for 1 day." She had a previous history of gallstones.

Liver fibrosis, a critical predictor of the prognosis of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), is traditionally diagnosed via biopsy. Nevertheless, non-invasive alternatives, such as serum biomarkers, vibration-controlled transient elastography, and magnetic resonance elastography, have become prominent because of the limitations of biopsies. Serum biomarkers, such as fibrosis-4 index and NFS Score, are also used widely, offering reliable diagnostic performance for advanced fibrosis.

Background: Clinically relevant postoperative pancreatic fistula (CR-POPF) is the major complication of pancreatoduodenectomy, and the pancreatic texture is one of the potential affecting factors. Multifrequency magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) is a novel technique for measuring tissue stiffness, but its value in predicting CR-POPF preoperatively has not been well documented.
Methods: A total of 70 patients who underwent multifrequency MRE before pancreatoduodenectomy between July 2021 and April 2024 were retrospectively recruited into the study.

Objective: To survey experts' opinions in abdominal radiology (radiologists) and pancreas-specialized gastroenterology (pancreatologists) in South Korea regarding diagnosing and managing pancreatic cystic neoplasms (PCNs).
Materials And Methods: Between August 25, 2023, and October 5, 2023, an online survey was conducted among members of the Korean Society of Abdominal Radiology and the Korean Pancreatobiliary Association via email invitation.
Results: The responses from 100 radiologists and 41 pancreatologists were analyzed.

Background: Detection of a common channel outside the duodenal wall is important in diagnosing pancreaticobiliary maljunction (PBM). The present study evaluated the utility of contrast-enhanced harmonic endoscopic ultrasonography (CH-EUS) in diagnosing PBM.
Methods: This single-center retrospective study enrolled 45 patients who were diagnosed with PBM or high confluence of pancreatobiliary ducts (HCPBD) between January 2007 and December 2021.
