[A huge inguino-scrotal hernia].

We report herein a case of a 76 year-old-man, who presented a huge left inguino-scrotal hernia. Laparoscopic reduction of the hernia contents and hernia repair through an inguinal approach were performed. No recurrence was observed two years and a half postoperatively. Reconstructive surgical approach and important postoperative complications were discussed.

We report the successful management of a paratesticular liposarcoma, which, to the best of our knowledge, is the largest known of its type. A 62-year-old male presented with a painless, gradually progressive left testicular "giant" mass measuring 60 × 40 cm, weighing 30 kg and growing over a period of three 3 years. Additionally, a 5 × 5 cm trophic ulcer could be seen at the bottom of the scrotum.

Congenital anterior urethral diverticulum is an infrequent but important cause of infravesical obstructive uropathy in children. Clinical spectrum usually includes obstructive or irritative urinary symptoms or penile ballooning during the act of micturition. We share our experience in a case of giant anterior urethral diverticulum with a contained calculus presenting as a huge inguino-scrotal swelling and masquerading as left inguinal hernia.
