Presopore-specific antigen (PsA) is a cell surface glycoprotein of the cellular slime mould Dictyostelium discoidum implicated in cell adhesion. The (15)N, (13)C and (1)H chemical shift assignments of PsA were determined from multidimensional, multinuclear NMR experiments. Resonance assignments have been made for both the N-terminal globular domain and its attached O-glycosylated PTVT linker motif.

To investigate the clinicopathological features, diagnosis, genetic alterations, and biological behaviors of hamartomatous inverted hyperplastic polyp (HIHP) in the gastrointestinal tract. The clinical, sonographic, endoscopic and pathologic data of 10 HIHP cases diagnosed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University, Xi'an, China from January 2013 to March 2024 were collected. Their clinicopathological features and histological morphology were analyzed.

Synergistic therapy combining photothermal therapy (PTT) and chemodynamic therapy (CDT) has proven to be a highly effective strategy for cancer treatment. However, PTT heavily relies on the accumulation of therapeutic agents at the tumor site. The peroxidase (POD) activity of common catalysts can be rapidly exhausted during the accumulation process, prior to laser intervention, thereby diminishing the synergistic enhancement effect of the combined therapy.

Background: B7 homolog 3 (B7-H3), an overexpressed antigen across multiple solid cancers, represents a promising target for CAR T cell therapy. This study investigated the expression of B7-H3 across various solid tumors and developed novel monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) targeting B7-H3 for CAR T cell therapy.
Methods: Expression of B7-H3 across various solid tumors was evaluated using RNA-seq data from TCGA, TARGET, and GTEx datasets and by flow cytometry staining.

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) represents one of the major pathogenic factor that leads to chronic liver diseases and the development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The currently approved anti-HBV drugs cannot eradicate the virus or block the development of HCC. HBV nucleocapsid consists of the hepatitis B core antigen (HBcAg) and the HBV relaxed-circular partially double-stranded DNA (rcDNA), indispensable in virus replication.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) underpins approximately 90% of squamous cell carcinomas (SCC) of the anus and perianal region. These tumors usually arise in association with precursor lesions such anal intraepithelial neoplasia/ high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (AIN 3/ HSIL), whereas a small subset of HPV-negative cancers may harbor mutations in TP53. Recently, vulvar lesions termed differentiated exophytic vulvar intraepithelial lesion/vulvar acanthosis with altered differentiated (DEVIL/VAAD) have been recognized as HPV-independent, TP53 wild-type precursors for vulvar carcinoma; however, analogous anal lesions have not been described.
