Since 2002, an MS Registry has been implemented by the German MS Society in more than 100 German MS centres. The objective is to provide information about disease characteristics, and to monitor the health care situation in a large population of patients. The aim of this report is to give detailed results on MS symptoms. By October 2008, data sets from 16,554 patients were recorded by 86 centres. A strikingly high number of persons suffered from fatigue and other "invisible" symptoms during early and late stages of the disease, underscoring the negative impact of these symptoms on quality of life in MS patients.

Background: At present there is no comprehensive overview of the long-term development of the clinical picture, disease-associated impairments and neurobiological correlates of anxiety disorders as well as what influence certain risk factors and treatment have on the prognosis.
Objective: This article presents findings regarding disorder-specific symptoms and disorder-associated changes in the areas of functional level, quality of life, neurocognitive performance and structural brain anatomy over the lifespan. It also reports on how patient-related and environment-related aspects as well as guideline-oriented therapy influence the course of the disorder.

Background: Autism is accompanied by highly individualized patterns of neurodevelopmental differences in brain anatomy. This variability makes the neuroanatomy of autism inherently difficult to describe at the group level. Here, we examined inter-individual neuroanatomical differences using a dimensional approach that decomposed the domains of social communication and interaction (SCI), restricted and repetitive behaviors (RRB), and atypical sensory processing (ASP) within a neurodiverse study population.

We performed a systematic review of the localizational value of disturbances of self-integration, depersonalization and forced thinking in focal epilepsy with the aim to summarize the state-of-the-art anatomo-clinical correlations in the field and help guide interpretation of ictal semiology within the framework of pre-surgical evaluation. The review was performed using a PRISMA- and QUADAS2-based approach. Three separate PubMed and EMBASE searches were undertaken using the keywords self-integration, depersonalization and forced thinking, along with synonyms, in combination with terms to identify epileptogenic zone as defined by surgical outcome, MRI-findings or intracranially recorded EEG.

Background: Patients with mental disorders often have difficulties maintaining a daily routine, which can lead to exacerbated symptoms. It is known that apps can help manage mental health in a low-threshold way and can be used in therapeutic settings to complement existing therapies.
Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the acceptability, usability, and feasibility of an app-based support service specifically developed for outpatients with severe mental disorders in addition to regular face-to-face therapy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
