One case of ureterohydronephrosis fistulized into an urinoma in a patient with an aortobifemoral prosthesis is reported. The analysis of the literature shows that this kind of expression is exceptional, both because of the location of the urinoma and of its tuberculous origin.

Purpose: To retrospectively evaluate the safety and efficacy of the percutaneous obliteration of urinary leakage after partial nephrectomy (PN) using coils and N-butyl-cyanoacrylate (NBCA).
Materials And Methods: Data of 10 consecutive patients who underwent percutaneous obliteration of urinary leakage after PN using coil and NBCA between February 2016 and May 2018 were retrospectively reviewed. A urinary fistulography was performed via the drainage catheter.

Splenic urinoma has not been previously reported as a complication of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL). A 46-year-old Caucasian male underwent PNL for two large left renal stones. Surgery was performed in prone split-leg position, with access obtained through combined fluoroscopic guidance and direct ureteroscopic observation of the targeted calix.

Methods: A 30-year old woman. The fifth day after receiving a cadaver donor renal allograft presented an acute rejection episode; fourteen days later presented an urinoma treated with a percutaneous drainage tube.
