Aim: To compare the respective clinical and pathologic features of antimitochondrial antibodies-negative (AMA-negative) primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) and cholestatic type drug-induced liver injury (DILI) for clinical differential diagnosis.
Patients And Methods: Clinical data from 23 patients with AMA-negative PBC and 39 patients with cholestatic type DILI, treated at our hospital between January 2013 and January 2024, were collected and retrospectively analyzed.
Results: The cholestatic type DILI group exhibited a higher incidence of malaise and abdominal pain compared with the AMA-negative PBC group.

Aim: To determine whether autoimmunity is present in patients with NAFLD, this study was performed.
Methods: A total of 104 patients with NAFLD diagnosed by liver biopsy at Tianjin Second People's Hospital between 2019 and 2023 were enrolled.

Objective: Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) is a highly lethal hepatobiliary malignancy with an increasing incidence annually. Extensive research has elucidated the existence of a reciprocal interaction between platelets and cancer cells, which promotes tumor proliferation and metastasis. This study aims to investigate the function and mechanism underlying iCCA progression driven by the interplay between platelets and tumor cells, aiming to provide novel therapeutic strategies for iCCA.
