Sclerosing mucoepidermoid carcinoma with stromal eosinophilia of thyroid gland is represented less than 100 cases in the world literature. We present a rare case of sclerosing mucoepidermoid carcinona with stromal eosinophilia in a 69-year-old woman who has been observed for multinodular goiter for more than 3 years. Cytological examination revealed a picture most of all corresponding to a malignant neoplasm (Bethesda V).

Objective: The aim: To investigate atherosclerosis of the abdominal part of the aorta and atherosclerosis of the lumbar arteries, aimed at improving surgical tactics during reconstructive interventions on the abdominal part of the aorta in patients with multifocal atherosclerosis.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: 20 autopsies were performed. The macro preparation consisted of the part of the abdominal aorta 1х1 sm taken along with a separated lumbar artery for 1-1,5 sm.

Objective - to establish the pathomorphological features of liver and lung tissue of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and obesity depending on comorbidity with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The study used autopsy material of 13 cases of NASH and class I obesity (Group 1), 14 cases of NASH, class I obesity with comorbid COPD of stage II-III (Group 2). For comparison, we used the autopsy material of 12 patients with isolated COPD of stage II-III (Group 3), as well as 11 practically healthy individuals (PHI), whose death was caused by polytrauma or traumatic brain injury or sudden coronary death.

The literature review presents data on pathomorphological changes in the kidneys in acute and chronic alcohol intoxication. A lack of consensus among researchers on the direct toxic damage to renal tissue by ethanol is demonstrated. Analysis of the literature showed that the issue of attributing microscopic changes detected in the kidneys to characteristic or specific signs remains controversial.
