Objective: We report a rare case of malignant priapism secondary to transitional cell carcinoma.
Methods: The patient with bladder cancer (pT4G3) presented with painful penile erection. Corpora cavernosa biopsy was done.
Results: The pathologic diagnosis was penile metastasis of transitional cell carcinoma.
Conclusions: Priapism secondary to penile metastasis of transitional cell carcinoma is rare and indicates advanced disease with a poor prognosis.

The penis is a relatively uncommon organ for metastases. Secondary lesions often originate from the bladder, prostate, or rectosigmoid cancers. Only a few cases have described penile lesions secondary to lung cancers, mostly as a later complication.

This study provides a real-world assessment of the clinical burden and health care resource utilization (HCRU) associated with SCD with recurrent VOCs in England.
Methods: This retrospective study linked primary care records from the Clinical Practice Research Datalink database with secondary care records from the Hospital Episode Statistics database to identify patients with SCD with recurrent VOCs between July 1, 2008, and June 30, 2018.

Vaso-occlusive crisis is a sequela of sickle cell disease that can lead to severe pain and infarction at the location of occlusion. In men, genitourinary complications include priapism, hematuria, and very rarely, testicular infarction. Few cases have been previously reported in the literature, but in all of those cases, partial or complete orchiectomy was performed.
