Purpose: We aimed to compare the diagnostic performance of 68Ga-FAPI-04 (FAPI) in comparison to 68Ga-DOTATATE (SSTR) PET/CT for patients presenting with recurrent medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC).

Patients And Methods: Sixteen MTC patients with elevated calcitonin levels (>150 pg/mL) underwent FAPI and SSTR PET/CT. Two nuclear medicine physicians evaluated all images, categorizing lesions into locoregional metastases, mediastinal lymph nodes (LNs), liver, and bone metastases.

Background Early staging of lung carcinoma (CA) is pivotal in planning the treatment. Lymph node metastasis can be detected by imaging and invasive procedures. The 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (FDG-PET/CT) is an emerging noninvasive imaging modality in detecting nodal metastasis.

Purpose: This study investigates the potential association between commonly prescribed psychotropic medications, such as Atypical Antipsychotics (AAs), Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs), and Serotonin Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors (SNRIs), and congenital anomalies in newborns. The analysis uses data from the Food and Drug Administration Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS).

Methods: Spontaneously reported cases of congenital anomalies in newborns (under 28 days old) were extracted from the FAERS database, covering January 2004 to June 2023.

: This study investigated the feasibility of using a quantitative diagnostic method based on Tc-pyrophosphate scintigraphy (PYP) lateral planar images to differentiate between PYP-positive (myocardial uptake) and false-positive (blood pool uptake) scans. : The study included 93 consecutive patients with suspected transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) who underwent PYP between April 2022 and December 2023. Patients were categorized using planar anterior PYP images according to the Perugini visual grading system; patients with grades ≥ 2 were analyzed.
