Parinaud syndrome, also known as dorsal midbrain syndrome, is a condition affecting the dorsal midbrain region of the brainstem that presents with a triad of ophthalmic clinical findings, including upgaze paresis, convergence retraction nystagmus, and light-near dissociation. This case report will discuss the clinical presentation of Parinaud syndrome in a four-year-old patient who was seen in an out-patient clinic for intermittent exotropia 5 months after a suboccipital craniotomy resection of a pineal mass and ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt placement for associated hydrocephalus. Current literature is relatively sparse regarding the presentation of Parinaud syndrome in the pediatric population, with little known about prognosis and potential for recovery.

People with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), face several difficulties entering the workforce; yet when provided with appropriate support programs, can be expected to benefit from vocational rehabilitation and become independent. In this systematic literature review, supported employment programs and interventions related to the training and enhancement of vocational skills in adolescents and young adults with ASD were identified and evaluated. PubMed, ERIC, Science Direct, and Scholar Google databases were systematically searched from 2015 up to March 2021.

Introduction: The coverage of vitamin A supplementation (VAS) is still short of the target set by the government to reach 90% coverage of VAS in Bangladesh. The present study aims to examine the socioeconomic and geographical inequalities in receiving VAS among children aged 6-59 months in Bangladesh from 2004 to 2017.

Methods: The Bangladesh Demographic and Health Surveys for the years 2004-2017 were accessed through the WHO's Health Equity Assessment Toolkit.

Promotion of physical activity by health professionals can increase physical activity participation among patients, however, implementing physical activity promotion within hospital systems is lacking. The Promotion of Physical Activity by Health Professionals (PROMOTE-PA) study is a hybrid type I effectiveness-implementation cluster randomised controlled trial evaluating the effectiveness of support for physical activity promotion by health professionals on physical activity participation of patients. Health professionals delivering outpatient healthcare services within four local health districts and one specialty health network in New South Wales, Australia will be included.
