Introduction: Few studies have reported the treatment and rehabilitation of combined fractures of the femur, tibia, and ankle in the same lower limb.
Case Report: A 69-year-old man presented to our hospital with a fall injury due to high-energy trauma after falling from a 5 m ladder while painting and landing on both feet. Examination revealed right femoral supracondylar; left tibial plateau; right calcaneal; left ankle crush; first and third lumbar vertebrae burst; sacral; C7, Th1, and Th9 compression; and bilateral acetabular fractures.

Background: Distal femur infected non-union management is very challenging especially when there is late presentation and after multiple intervention. Various methods have been described and studied in the literature for infected non-union of femur which includes bone transport by fixators (ring fixators/monolateral frames) and by Masquelet method.
Objectives: To study the clinical and radiological outcomes and study the effect on quality of life by patient-reported outcomes (EQ5D5L) and VAS (Visual Analog Scale) score in patients of infected non-union of distal femur managed with combination of Masquelet method and Ilizarov ring fixator.

Purpose: Chronic osteomyelitis with large bone defects remains a challenging condition in orthopedic surgery. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of hemicorticotomy bone transport assisted by 3D-printed customized guides in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis with bone defects.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 21 patients with chronic osteomyelitis treated with hemicorticotomy bone transport with 3D-printed guide assistance between January 2015 and January 2021.
