Objective: To discuss the influence of manipulation on cervical vertigo arteria vertebralis morphology and blood flow speed.
Methods: Forty-five patients with cervical vertigo included 27 males and 18 females with an average age of 41.6 years old ranging from 25 to 60. The course of disease was from 2 weeks to 5 years. TCD were applied to test arteria vertebralis blood flow speed and 3D-CTA applied to inspect arteria vertebralis morphology as the observation targets. According to the morphology change different stage localization, the 3-step manipulation were adopt to observe the arteria vertebralis blood flow speed and the morphology influence.
Results: After cervical manipulation, the scoring of vertigo symptoms were improved remarkable (P<0.001); Among the patients of blood flow speed reduced and the patients of blood flow speed increased, the Vm before treament compared with after treament, there were statistical difference (P<0.01). The arteria vertebralis morphology partial patient had changed.
Conclusion: The cervical manipulation exceptionally has the bidirectional control action to arteria vertebralis morphology change and blood flow speed in the cervical vertigo, and can cause the partial blood tubular-shaped condition to have the reversal changed.

Methods: We included participants of the population-based Imaging in Lifelines (ImaLife) study with low-dose chest CT at baseline and 3-4 month follow-up. An AI system (AI-Rad Companion chest CT prototype) performed automatic segmentation and quantification of vertebral height and density, aortic diameters, heart volume (cardiac chambers plus pericardial fat), and coronary artery calcium volume (CACV).

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of 's subcutaneous needling based on "multi-joint muscle spiral balance chain" theory for cervical vertigo (CV) and its effect on blood flow velocity of vertebral artery.
Methods: A total of 60 patients with CV were randomized into a Fu's subcutaneous needling group and a medication group, 30 cases in each one. In the Fu's subcutaneous needling group, 's subcutaneous needling was delivered at Dazhui (GV14), the flexible tube was retained for 5 min after sweeping manipulation, and the treatment was given once every other day, 3 times a week for 3 weeks.

After reporting the first known clinical case associating compound heterozygous single-nucleotide variants in Exon 2 of to aortic aneurysmal and iliac dissection, we began prospective surveillance in our vascular genetic practice for similar cases. Herein, we present nine (9) subjects from a total cohort of 135 with arterial aneurysms or dissections who revealed single-nucleotide variants in with no other alterations in a panel of 35 genes associated with aneurysmal and dissection disorders. Five out of nine (5/9) single-nucleotide variants were in Exon 1, and four out of nine (4/9) mutations were in Exon 2, both of which are principal coding exons for this gene.
