Background: Radical vaginectomy (RV) is related to significant bladder dysfunctions. We describe 2 cases of RV with nerve-sparing technique (NSRV).
Case Reports: A 58-year-old woman with a diagnosis of locally advanced cervical cancer underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy with local and nodal progression of disease. The patient underwent NS radical hysterectomy plus NSRV, with prompt recovery of bladder function. A 14-year-old adolescent girl with a diagnosis of recurrent embryonal-botryoidal rhabdomyosarcoma was referred to us. She underwent 6 courses of chemotherapy with persistent disease. She then underwent NSRV. Two months after the surgical procedure, she was able to void the bladder.
Conclusions: These are the first 2 cases of NSRV reported in literature. This new surgical technique is feasible, with prompt recovery of bladder function.

Background: Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich (HWW) syndrome is a rare Müllerian duct anomaly, characterized by a combination of urogenital abnormalities. The occurrence of primary cervico-vaginal carcinomas in patients with HWW syndrome is exceptionally rare, posing significant challenges for screening, early diagnosis, and effective management.
Case Summary: We report a rare case of primary clear cell carcinoma of the vagina complicated in a 40-year-old woman with HWW syndrome.
Key Clinical Message: A surgical MDT approach to high-complexity surgeries can allow maximal resection in order to achieve disease control and excellent functional outcomes, as demonstrated here for a case of hidradenitis suppurativa in a patient with Crohn's disease.
Abstract: Hidradenitis suppurativa is an autoimmune disease characterized by abscess and fistula formation with purulent discharge in intertriginous zones, and is associated with inflammatory bowel disease. We present the case of a patient with severe ongoing hidradenitis suppurativa causing osteomyelitis and affecting the perineum, on a background of Crohn's disease previously treated with panprotocolectomy and permanent ileostomy.

We herein report a case of successful laparoscopically assisted transperineal repair of anterior enterocele dehiscence with small bowel evisceration after robot-assisted radical cystectomy. A 75-year-old woman underwent robot-assisted radical cystectomy with anterior vaginectomy and urethrectomy for bladder cancer (pTisN0M0). Vaginal reconstruction was performed using the posterior vaginal wall.

Background: Primary vaginal cancer is rare and comprises 1-2% of female genital tract cancers. Among the types of vaginal cancer, adenocarcinoma accounts for only 10% with the peak incidence in women less than 20 years old. Clear cell type vaginal adenocarcinoma is most associated with exposure to diethylstilbestrol (DES) in-utero.
