Aim: We tried to summarise our and foreign experience in the modern treatment of endometrial cancer.
Material And Methods: We evaluated for 10 years period 400 patients treated surgically, as well as treated with postoperative radiotherapy. We tried to give the allgorhythm for treatment of this kind of cancer. All patients with grading 3 tumors, serous-papillary and clear cell endometrial cancers are obligatory are staged surgically. In some of our patients we performed pelvic lymph node dissection with or without paraaortal dissection which brought a more precise information.
Results: In patients with pelvic and paraaortal lymph node dissection (200) we had significantly better overall survival rate (p = 0.0003), as well as better survival rate both in low risky and high risky groups (low risky groups p = 0.028, high risky groups p = 0.0007).
Conclusions: The therapeutic benefit of this method is in resecting of the enlarged, positive lymph nodes, which can not be sterilized with radiotherapy. The postoperative intravaginal and percutaneous radiotherapy save these patients from vaginal recurrences.

Objective: Young adults experiencing homelessness are at high risk for alcohol-related consequences, but protective behavioral strategies (PBS) have not been investigated as a harm reduction approach in this population. This study examines longitudinal associations between PBS and alcohol-related consequences following a group-based alcohol intervention.
Method: Data come from AWARE, a randomized controlled trial of a group-based motivational intervention to reduce substance use and risky sex compared to usual care.

Background: During the development of addictive behaviors, theoretical models assume a shift from experience of gratification being a driver in early stages to experience of compensation which dominates at later stages of addiction development. Initial studies show a trend in this direction; however, this shift has not yet been investigated in clinical samples. We assume experienced gratification to be highest in individuals with risky use (indicating the beginning of the addiction process), and compensation to be highest in individuals with pathological use.

Objectives: To identify different clusters of health-related behaviours and examine whether these clusters are associated with maintaining 20 or more teeth.
Background: Engaging in risky behaviours impacts tooth loss, particularly among older adults. Maintaining 20 teeth is a challenge for this age group.

This study examined the differences in perceived stress, subjective well-being, psychosocial variables, and differences in parents' parenting styles according to game use type among Korean adults. The study involved 300 participants in their 20s and 30s, a demographic typically associated with frequent gaming. Data were collected through an online survey company, and analyses were conducted using SPSS 25.

Background: It is known that being the adult child of a parent with an alcohol use disorder (ACoA) can confer a wide variety of increased health and psychological risks, including higher rates of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms. Additionally, ACoAs are at greater risk of developing alcohol/substance use disorders (AUDs/SUDs) than individuals from families without a history of AUDs.
Methods: ACoA individuals with risky hazardous alcohol use ( = 14) and those not engaged in hazardous use ( = 14) were compared to a group of healthy controls.
