Background And Objectives: Increasingly, anesthesiologists are performing preoperative evaluation. This study aimed at transversally evaluating external and internal clients satisfaction with Santa Casa de Porto Alegre outpatient preoperative evaluation department (APOA).
Methods: A questionnaire was applied for one month to external clients (patients) before and after evaluation, and internal clients (anesthesiologists and surgeons) to evaluate their satisfaction with the preoperative evaluation department.
Results: Ninety-nine percent of patients, 97% of anesthesiologists and 76% of surgeons were happy with the service.
Conclusions: Major issues were identified through clients suggestions and were primarily related to process logistics and to the difficulties of other anesthesiologists in accepting preoperative approaches based on APOAs clinical and epidemiological evidences.

Purpose: To evaluate the radiological and clinical outcomes in two patient groups: first, varus aligned medial meniscus posterior root tear (MMPRT) patients who underwent posteromedial open wedge high tibial osteotomy (PMOWHTO) and simultaneous root repair; second, patients with varus medial knee osteoarthritis without MMPRT who underwent PMOWHTO.
Methods: Patients had MMPRT repair concomitant with PMOWHTO and varus medial knee osteoarthritis without concomitant root tear patients who underwent PMOWHTO and were reviewed. Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the osteogenic performance of allograft particulate bone and cortical bone blocks combined with xenograft under bovine pericardium membranes, for treating different degrees of labial bone defects in the aesthetic zone.
Materials And Methods: Twenty-four patients with bone defects were divided into two groups based on defect severity (Terheyden 1/4 and 2/4 groups). The Terheyden 1/4 group received granular bone grafts alone, while the Terheyden 2/4 group received cortical bone blocks combined with granular bone grafts.
