Background: Mesalamine is the first-line drug for treating mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis (UC); however, some patients develop symptoms of intolerance. Although several desensitization methods have been reported, these desensitization regimens were rather complicated for physicians to prescribe in daily clinical practice; therefore, it has not yet become a major therapeutic option for intolerance patients. : Idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS) is the most common cause of nephrotic syndrome in children. A hallmark of the disease is the rapid remission of proteinuria following a high dose of steroids. BACKGROUNDCow's milk (CM) allergy is the most common food allergy in young children. Treatment with oral immunotherapy (OIT) has shown efficacy, but high rates of adverse reactions.
