The Caspian miniature horse is one of the rare small breeds in the north of Iran. In the present study, the position of the heart and its valves were determined topographically in 4 miniature horses. We found that Caspian miniature horses have general similarities, with certain topographical variability, with other horses.

The conjugation of monoclonal antibodies with superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) has appeared as a potential multifunctional clinical tool, which can effectively diagnose cancers and monitor their treatment, specifically. Despite the presence of different methods for conjugating antibodies to iron oxide nanoparticles, novel cost-effective and simpler conjugation techniques should be performed in this regard. Morphology, hydrophilicity, degradation, mechanical properties, drug release, bacterial resistance, and cell viability are indispensable parameters for a bioactive wound dressing. In this work, the aforementioned terms between hybrid and blend nanofibrous samples based on poly (L-lactide--D, L-lactide) (PLDLLA) and poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) containing triclosan (Tri) as an antibacterial drug were investigated. The FE-SEM images showed that the presence of Tri in the hybrid and blend samples led to bimodal, and unimodal diameter size distributions.

As a key element of Palearctic deserts, it serves as a promising model for studies of historical biogeography and formation of arid habitats in Eurasia.
