Current health IT policy directions assume lay people want to make explicit choices about who can access elements of their health information. To test this assumption, we presented lay people (N=31) with a decision scenario that required them to choose whether to share their medication information with three different types of physicians. Participants generally chose to share all of their medication information, citing anticipated clinical care benefits as the main reason for their choices. They seemed, however, unaware of the possible consequences of their choices.

Objective: Digital services in primary care are becoming more common, yet access to and use of services can create inequities. Our aim was to explore the drivers, priorities, and evolving policy context influencing digital facilitation in primary care as reported by national, regional and local level stakeholders in England.
Methods: We conducted online semi-structured qualitative interviews with stakeholders, including those in NHS England organisations, local commissioners for health care, statutory and third sector organisations, those working within the research community, and digital platform providers.

Within mindfulness-based programs (MBPs), mixed results have been found for the role of childhood trauma as a moderator of depression outcomes. Furthermore, childhood trauma and PTSD symptoms have been identified as possible risk factors for the occurrence of meditation-related adverse effects (MRAE).
