Background: Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a rare proliferative condition representing skin sarcomas known to locally recur yet very rarely known to metastasize. A typical characteristic is trunk localization, making vulvar occurrences an exception. Complete resection is the primary treatment.

Background: Thyroid metastases from uterine cervical carcinoma are exceedingly rare. Imaging examination and pathological detection exert a pivotal function in distinguishing between benign and malignant thyroid tumors, as well as differentiating metastases from primary thyroid cancer.
Case Presentation: Here, we present two cases of uterine cervical cancer metastasizing to the thyroid gland, confirmed by postoperative histopathology at our hospital.

Introduction: Sebaceous carcinoma (SC) is a rare malignancy and can be divided into two types, ocular and extra-ocular SC. Extra-ocular SC is typically associated with a better prognosis than ocular SC. However, extra-ocular SCs located in atypical areas, such as the inguinal region, along with multiple metastases, are uncommon and present significant challenges, often leading to poorer outcomes.
