Background: While the benefits of decent work-employment that respects fundamental human rights, ensures fair income, guarantees workplace security, and provides social protection for families-have recently gained scholarly attention regarding job satisfaction, psychological empowerment, and work engagement, its potential to enhance nurses' work ability-defined as the ability to carry out job responsibilities-remains unaddressed. Furthermore, a gap exists in understanding the mechanisms through which decent work influences its outcomes.
Purpose: We aimed to investigate: (1) if securing decent work is associated with elevated nurses' work ability, and (2) if perceived insider status and psychological well-being mediate the association between decent work and nurses' work ability.

Bacterial infections and inflammation severely impede wound healing. Here, we developed a zwitterionic hydrogel incorporating MOF/GOx for pH-responsive, controlled drug release. The multifunctional hydrogel embedded with MOF/GOx was successfully prepared through the Schiff base reaction between the copolymer poly[(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine)-co-(4-formylphenyl methacrylate)] (PMF) and the branched polyethylenimine (PEI) modified by the zwitterionic monomer ((4-hydroxyphenyl)sulfonyl)(4-(trimethylammonio)butanoyl)amide (AB), which possessed excellent injectable and self-healing ability, a highly sensitive and reversible responsiveness to pH changes, and good biocompatibility.

Background: Problem-solving interventions with workplace involvement (PSI-WPI) have been shown to reduce sick leave and increase return to work in an occupational health services context. However, many employees struggle with reduced work functioning, anxiety-, and depressive symptoms up to 12 months after a sick leave episode, and it is unclear if the intervention affects outcomes other than sick leave. The aim of this study is to investigate if a PSI-WPI added to care as usual (CAU) is superior to CAU with respect to self-reported sick leave, psychological symptoms, work ability, work performance, and health after RTW when provided in primary care.

Objectives: Our aim was to explore the predictive value of Return-to-Work-Readiness Questionnaire (RTW-RQ) among patients with mental disability.
Material And Methods: The cohort consists of 129 patients undergoing psychiatric assessment for work ability. RTW-RQ was used to assess self-perceived functional capacity concerning return-to-work.
