Kawasaki disease (KD) is an idiopathic acute inflammatory illness that commonly affects children in Northeast Asian countries. In this case report, a psoriasiform eruption appeared on the face and extremities following the onset of KD. A review of previous reports identified 38 cases of psoriasiform eruptions following KD, typically appearing 4 days to 2 months after the onset of KD, unlike other skin manifestations associated with the disease.

Palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK), a rare manifestation of secondary syphilis, poses diagnostic challenges due to its resemblance to other conditions. We report the case of a 42-year-old man living with HIV presenting with acquired PPK, characterized by hyperkeratotic plaques on the palms and soles, alongside syphilitic roseola.

Exposure to certain drugs can trigger new-onset psoriasis or flaring of existing psoriatic disease. The clinical presentation of drug-induced psoriasis can vary, and although there are features suggestive of drug-induced psoriasis, there are currently no standardized criteria to differentiate it from conventional psoriasis. Patients may present with localized psoriasiform plaques, or variants such as palmoplantar, nail disease, or widespread erythroderma.

This case report describes the presentation of a 65-year-old male with an asymptomatic solitary plaque with silvery scales persisting for over five years, mimicking solitary plaque psoriasis. Despite intermittent treatment with a potent steroid and a combination of calcipotriol, the patient had only modest alleviation.
