We report two cases of a pseudoaneurysm of the internal pudendal artery with arteriovenous fistula after extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. The clinical presentation was delayed recurrent hematuria and urinary retention that necessitated bladder clot evacuation. Subsequent arteriography detected the vascular abnormality and a superselective embolization was performed. Hematuria was no longer observed, and the quality of penile erection remains unchanged in both patients.

Deep or aggressive angiomyxoma is an uncommon neoplasm of the pelvis. Although deep angiomyxoma is a benign tumor, its tendency to infiltrate soft tissues and reach a large size (typically > 10 cm) indicates aggressive biological behavior. It is usually present in female patients, but there have been recent reports of male-aggressive angiomyxoma.

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors (IMTs) are rare mesenchymal neoplasms characterized by spindle-cell morphology with accompanying inflammatory infiltrates. Originally described in 1939, these tumors can arise in various anatomic locations, with the urinary bladder being a rare site of occurrence but the most common within the genitourinary tract. IMTs typically present as polypoid masses or firm submucosal nodules, often with painless hematuria in bladder cases.

Percutaneous renal puncture drainage is needed in patients with perirenal hematoma (PRH, renal around hematoma) with poor conservative treatment. Early and thorough removal of hematoma is closely related to the recovery of patients, but percutaneous renal drainage is not effective in some patients. The clinical data of 5 patients with PRH treated in the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2020 to June 2024 were analyzed retrospectively.
