Verrucous carcinoma (VC), also known as epithelioma cuniculatum, of the foot is an uncommon low-grade squamous cell carcinoma with slow, progressive local invasion with minimal dysplasia and low potential for metastasis. We report on a case of VC and the enhancement pattern associated with it on magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. MR imaging revealed a plantar ulcer with an interesting pattern of enhancement at the base of the mass. The interface between the mass and the normal stroma exhibited a fine-filamentous pattern of enhancement, analogous to teased cotton wool, with impressive correlation to the histological appearance of our specimen. It is our opinion that VC could be included in the differential of a plantar ulcer associated with a mass that exhibits this enhancement pattern.

Objectives: The aim of the present study was to analyze the methylation status in patients who presented with an Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) concomitantly with multifocal Proliferative Verrucous Leukoplakia (PVL)(PVL-OSCC).
Methods: Nine patients with OSCC and concomitant PVL lesions were selected. Two brushing samples were collected simultaneously from OSCC and PVL lesions in contralateral mucosa from each patient.

Introduction Oral verrucous carcinoma (OVC), a low-grade variation of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), is distinguished by endophytic development and a pebbly, mammillated surface. OVC, often referred to as Ackerman's tumor, has been known to involve lymph nodes but rarely spreads to regional and distant locations; when the primary tumor grows, it frequently involves surrounding tissues. Histopathologically, it has a thicker basement membrane, many reduplications, and a large area of inflammatory infiltration that resembles OSCC.

Verrucous carcinoma, a well-differentiated variant of squamous cell carcinoma with low-grade malignancy, is often associated with localized human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and excessive penile foreskin. We report a 45-year-old male who presented with a verrucous plaque on the glans penis for over four months, along with itching. Examination revealed a verrucous, erosive lesion with a cauliflower-like surface, firm texture, and irregular shape, accompanied by pain, bleeding, and a foul odor.
