Background: Left ventricular pseudoaneurysm (LVP) is a rare but life-threatening condition resulting from acute myocardial infarction, trauma, bacterial infection, or previous cardiac operations. Diagnosis can be challenging as LVPs remain asymptomatic or present with nonspecific clinical symptoms. Early diagnosis is crucial to prevent rupture and recurrent septicemia.

Introduction And Aims: Arterial pseudoaneurysm is a rare yet potentially life-threatening complication that can arise as a late sequelae of penetrating injuries or orthopaedic procedures. We aim at sharing our institutional experience of managing 18 cases of lower limb arterial pseudoaneurysms in orthopaedic practice and to provide technical tips for emergency management of severe bleeding. A comprehensive literature review resulting from fractures and orthopaedic surgeries is also presented.

Background: Left ventricular pseudo-false aneurysm is a rare complication of myocardial infarction and generally caused by an intramyocardial dissecting hematoma due to a fragile myocardium. The serpiginous dissecting case of ventricular septal perforation has an entry port in the left ventricle and exit port in the right ventricle, and the entry port must be closed to leave the dissected chamber on the low-pressure right side for treatment. Herein, we report a case of a large left ventricular pseudo-false aneurysm that was unaccompanied by a shunt after the surgical repair of a ventricular septal dissection.

Introduction And Importance: Tuberculous aortic aneurysms require rigorous medical and surgical management due to the various complications that pose a significant life risk, with recurrence being one of the most formidable postoperative complications. This recurrence is linked to significant hemorrhage and infection, subsequently increasing the risk of mortality. Aneurysmal involvement due to tuberculosis is documented and can affect all arteries, but localization in the common iliac artery is rare and serious, necessitating immediate management.
