Background: Individuals with diabetes mellitus have a higher risk of developing malignant tumors, and diagnosing these tumors can be challenging.

Aim: To confirm the benefits of using peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) in contrast-enhanced computerized tomography (CECT) for diagnostic imaging in diabetic patients with malignant tumors and to provide a research basis for follow-up research.

Methods: This retrospective study analyzed 204 diabetic patients with malignancies treated at The Second Affiliated Hospital, Jiangxi Medical College, Nanchang University, from January 2024 to June 2024.

Background: Acute compartment syndrome following a transradial coronary approach is rare. However, as the incidence of coronary arterial disease increases due to lifestyle factors and multiple comorbidities, transradial coronary angiography has become more common for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes in cardiovascular centers. Background: The occurrence of pulmonary visceral subpleural hematoma during care of post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation including chest compressions and anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapies is extremely rare. Also, there are few reports of treatment of visceral subpleural hematoma, most of which are treated by lung resection. Here we describe a rare case that pulmonary visceral subpleural hematoma arose during post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation care and was treated by hematoma evacuation.
