With the efforts of people from Chinese medicine and the Party Central Committee's concern, the legal system of traditional Chinese medicine has been progressing step by step. Since 1949, the construction of legal system of traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into three periods with lessons and achievements, each with its own features.
