Microcystin-LR (MC-LR) is a heptapeptide hepatotoxin produced by cyanobacteria. Immunoaffinity chromatography (IAC) column was prepared with CNBr-activated Sepharose 4B and monoclonal antibody of MC-LR. Water sample was cleaned up by IAC column and the content of MC-LR in water was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The results suggested that the IAC column exhibited highly selective specificity for MC-LR and selective removed interference from complex water sample. Water sample was concentrated for 2,000-fold through once purification. Cyanobacterial blooms had broken out in 2007 in Lake Tai, the third largest freshwater lake in China. Water samples from two parts of Lake Tai had been analyzed. The highest concentration of MC-LR in water from Lake Tai was 0.522 microg/L.

The Qinghai Lake National Nature Reserve (QLNNR), renowned for its abundant natural resources and diverse ecological habitats, serves as an ideal environment for ticks, thereby increasing the risk of various tick-borne pathogens (TBPs) transmission. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of TBPs in ticks collected from Przewalski's gazelle and Tibetan sheep within the QLNNR. A total of 313 tick samples were collected from the vicinity of Qinghai Lake.

Atmospheric correction plays an important role in satellite monitoring of lake water quality. However, different atmospheric correction algorithms yield significantly different accuracy for inland lake waters beset by shallowness and turbidity. Finding a suitable algorithm for a specific lake is critical for quantitative satellite water-environmental monitoring.

Three-phase partitioning (TPP) is promising for isolating bioactive polysaccharides, but t-butanol's environmental impact limits its application. Deep eutectic solvents can serve as a green and recyclable alternative to t-butanol. This study introduces an ultrasonic-assisted DES three-phase partitioning (UA-TPP-DES) system to extract and purify American ginseng polysaccharides (AGPs).

Developing highly efficient bimetallic metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) as catalysts for Fenton-like reactions holds significant promise for decontamination processes. Although MOFs with excellent decontamination capabilities are achievable, ensuring their long-term stability, especially in the organoarsenic harmless treatment, remains a formidable challenge. Herein, we proposed a unique nanoconfinement strategy using graphene oxide (GO)-supported Prussian blue analogs (PBA) as catalytic membrane, which modulated the peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activation in p-arsanilic acid (p-ASA) degradation from traditional radical pathways to a synergy of both radical and non-radical pathways.

Background: Aiming at the problem that traditional transfer methods are prone to lose data information in the overall domain-level transfer, and it is difficult to achieve the perfect match between source and target domains, thus reducing the accuracy of the soft sensor model.
Methods: This paper proposes a soft sensor modeling method based on the transfer modeling framework of substructure domain. Firstly, the Gaussian mixture model clustering algorithm is used to extract local information, cluster the source and target domains into multiple substructure domains, and adaptively weight the substructure domains according to the distances between the sub-source domains and sub-target domains.
