Unlabelled: A 93-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with complaints of pain and coldness in both lower legs. He was diagnosed with arterial occlusive disease of the lower extremities. There were no obvious stenosis or occlusion of lower extremity arteries, which would be indications for surgery, and drug therapy was started.

Background: Robotic assistance has become increasingly prevalent in spinal surgery in recent years, emerging as a tool to increase accuracy and precision and lower complication rates and radiation exposure. The 7 and 8 Annual Seattle Science Foundation (SSF) Robotics Courses showcased presentations and demonstrations from some of the field's most experiences leaders on latest topics in robotics and spinal surgery, including cutting-edge preoperative planning technologies, augmented reality (AR) in the operating room, cervical fusion with transpedicular screws, and neuro-oncologic management. We provide a scoping review of the use of robotics technology in spinal surgery featuring highlights from the 7 and 8 Annual SSF Robotics Courses.

Skin cancers are among the most common cancers in the Western world, with incidence rates increasing significantly over time. Skin cancer survival rates are highly dependent upon early identification. In the United Kingdom (UK), initial assessment of skin lesions is carried out via general practitioners (GPs) who identify and refer suspected cases under the two-week pathway in compliance with the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines.

Background: The American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) 8th edition TNM staging manual, which provided ypTNM for patients undergoing neoadjuvant therapy (NAT), has not been comparatively assessed against pTNM for prognosis in pancreatic cancer. This study aimed to compare the prognosis between ypTNM and pTNM stages.

Patients And Methods: Clinicopathological data from 586 patients who underwent pancreatic cancer surgery at a tertiary center between 2018 and 2022 were analyzed to compare survival outcomes between ypTNM and pTNM stages and identify prognostic factors.
