We examined both a parallel and a cross technique in comparison with operations not using block suture. Of the 44 eyes that underwent surgery without block suture, aqueous leakage occurred in 4 eyes (9.0%). Of 51 eyes that underwent the parallel technique, 1 eye (2.0%) leaked from the limbus incision. In contrast, leaks were not detected in any of the 58 eyes that underwent the cross technique.

Background: Iatrogenic suprascapular nerve injury secondary to posterior drilling or screw penetration is a recognized complication of bone block or coracoid process transfers for anterior glenohumeral instability. We present the first cadaveric study that assesses the safety of posteroanterior reference guides and quantifies the relationship of the suprascapular nerve to posterior glenoid fixation with suture buttons.
Methods: Anterior glenoid bone block reconstruction with suture buttons utilizing a posteroanterior reference guide was performed in 10 fresh frozen cadavers via a posterior portal.

Objective: The goal of this research was to examine the morphological characteristics and exact anatomical positioning of the greater palatine foramen (GPF), with reference to nearby anatomical landmarks.
Material And Method: The research was performed on dry human skulls belonging to the Bosnian and Herzegovina population, using digital vernier calipers. The study began by noting the GPF's position relative to the maxillary molars, then measuring its distance from the median palatine suture (MPS), the incisive fossa (IF), the posterior border of the hard palate (PBHP), and the posterior nasal spine (PNS).
