Background: Goldenhar syndrome is a clinically heterogeneous disorder defined by a rare combination of congenital anomalies-an eye abnormality, in addition to two of the following three: ear anomalies, mandibular malformations, and vertebral defects. Notably, children with Goldenhar syndrome present with a high incidence of cervical spine malformations.
Clinical Case: In this report, we present an unusual case of a 15-year-old child with Goldenhar syndrome, who additionally presents with some clinical features of VACTERL syndrome.

Context.—: Blasts in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDSs) typically have a primitive myeloid immunophenotype (CD34+CD117+CD13+CD33+HLA-DR+). On rare occasions, blasts were found to be CD34 negative or minimally expressed in a presumptive MDS.

Background: Malignant hypercalcemia is usually caused by osteolytic processes of metastases, production of parathormone-related peptide, or secretion of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D. Ectopic PTH (parathyroid hormone) production by malignancy is very unusual.
Methods: Case report and review of the literature.

Mandibular premolars exhibit intricate and diverse root canal anatomy, presenting substantial challenges in endodontic treatment. Uncommon variations, such as the presence of three canals, demand meticulous diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to mitigate the risk of overlooking canals and subsequent treatment failure. This case report highlights three cases of mandibular premolars exhibiting a rare root canal configuration with one mesial and two distal canals, successfully managed using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) for accurate diagnosis and ultrasonic activation for disinfection.

Given the high risk of Internet of Things (IoT) device compromise, it is crucial to discuss the attack detection aspect. However, due to the physical limitations of IoT, such as battery life and sensing and processing power, the widely used detection techniques, such as signature-based or anomaly-based detection, are quite ineffective. This research extracted loop-based cases from the transmission session dataset of "CTU-IoT-Malware-Capture-7-1" ("Linux, Mirai") and implemented a loop-based detection machine learning approach.
