Surgery for pelvic carcinoma may require the ablation of the vagina. In this case, vaginal reconstruction is a surgical challenge to improve the quality of patients' lives. The causes of prolapse of ileocecal neovagina are described and the interest of a laparoscopic repair is discussed.
