The systematic deviations involved in methods for computation of chromaticity co-ordinates have been studied for the specification of indicator colour changes. The weighted ordinale method (Deltalambda = 10 nm) has proved to be satisfactory for evaluation both of C.I.E. and complementary co-ordinates. The C.I.E. colour specification should be included among basic data about chemical indicators.

For paediatric patients suffering from neurofibromatosis, Selumetinib (SEL) is the only approved drug. Here an original ecofriendly and high pace method is introduced using 96- microwell spectrophotometric assay (MW-SPA) to measure SEL content in bulk and commercial pharmaceutical formulation (Koselugo capsules). Purpose: Amblyopia is a cortical neurological disorder caused by abnormal visual experiences during the critical period for visual development. Recent works have shown that, in addition to the well-known visual alterations, such as changes in visual acuity, several perceptual aspects of vision are affected. Academic interest in scientists who regularly appear in the media dates back to Rae Goodell's seminal book "The visible scientists", in which she lists distinct characteristics of visible scientists, including being controversial, articulate, colorful, and reputable as a scientist. Visible scientists thus share relevant media-related characteristics that stand out in their portrayal as a group and are reminiscent of other celebrities' characteristics. However, questions arise: what is special about the celebrity being a scientist? How many and what types of scientists fall into this category? What are the peers' and the public's expectations towards the social role of the visible scientist? To date, work on visible scientists has focused on theorizing them in the context of the relationship between science and its publics and empirical studies have mainly sought to characterize visible scientists and focused on single countries.
