Background: One can assess cortical defects on the early images of [99mTc]Tc-MAG3 renography. We aimed to assess interobserver and intraobserver reproducibility for detecting renal cortical defects using [99mTc]Tc-MAG3 for adults and children; identify causes for poor inter- and intraobserver reproducibility and to assess the effect of the kidney to background ratio (KTBR) on reproducibility.
Methods: One hundred adult and 200 pediatric renograms were included.

Background: Penile metastasis originating from prostate cancer is an extremely rare condition, typically associated with a poor prognosis. Therapeutic approaches are not well established and may require individualized adaptation based on clinical assessment. Radiotherapy is commonly utilized to alleviate symptoms.

Background: Cardiovascular involvement is a rare but severe complication of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infections. Patients with chronic active EBV (CAEBV) are at increased risk of developing cardiovascular complications and have a poor prognosis. Here, we report the rare case of a pediatric patient with CAEBV and EBV- hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) complicated with a giant coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) and thrombosis, a giant Valsalva sinus aneurysm, and ascending aorta dilation seven years after the disease onset.

Introduction: Peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM) is a pregnancy related cardiomyopathy with a high potential for recovery. One of the contemporary predictors studied in cardiomyopathy is right ventricular (RV) function during initial presentation.
Purpose: This study aimed to determine the role of RV systolic function based on the various RV function parameters by two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography (2DE) to predict PPCM recovery within 6 months of follow-up and identify the most accurate parameter among them.
Purpose: T1-weighted signal intensity ratios (SIR) comparing pancreas to spleen (SIRps) or muscle (SIRpm) can semiquantitatively assess T1 signal change associated with pancreatitis. However, there is no standardized methodology for generating these ratios. We set out to determine the impact of MRI sequence as well as region of interest (ROI) location, shape, and size on T1 SIR.
