In this study, a lytic phage, named PG216, was obtained from seawater collected in Qingdao, using Vibrio parahaemolyticus strain G299 as its host. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that phage PG216 has an icosahedral head with a diameter of 100 ± 6.7 nm and a contractible tail with a length of 126 ± 6.

Breast and prostate cancer are among the most commonly diagnosed cancers worldwide. Recent advances in tumor sequencing and gene studies have led to a paradigm shift from treatment centered on the type of tumor to therapy more focused on specific immune phenotype markers and molecular alterations. In this review, we discuss the utility and function of talazoparib concerning prostate cancer treatment and summarize recent and planned clinical trials on talazoparib.

EGFR inhibitors are a class of targeted therapies utilized in the management of certain tumor kinds such as NSCLC and breast cancer. Series of 1,2,3-triazole-Schiff's base hybrids were designed, synthesized, and estimated for their antitumor effect toward breast cancer cells, MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231.
