This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing the complication of allergic rhinitis in children with bronchial asthma and to construct a nomogram model to predict the occurrence of allergic rhinitis. A total of 190 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. The children were randomly divided into the training cohort (133 cases) and validation cohort (57 cases) in a ratio of 7:3.

Children with milk and egg allergies have outcomes in which, three-quarters are tolerant to baked forms of the allergenic food. Identifying predictors of tolerance to baked foods for IgE-mediated immediate-type reactions may guide the early introduction of baked allergens to diet and tolerance development. This study explores factors associated with early tolerance to baked foods.

Objectives: To describe the clinical characteristics of peach-allergic patients due to LTP sensitization and analyze the relationship between the severity of the reactions and patients' sensitization profiles.

Upadacitinib is a systemic Janus kinase inhibitor currently approved for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. Many patients with atopic dermatitis have a concomitant diagnosis of allergic contact dermatitis.
