A 73-year-old male with a history of incidentally diagnosed Paget disease of bone affecting the skull and left orbit 2 years prior presented with 3 months of vision loss, proptosis, and periorbital swelling of the OS. Examination showed best-corrected Snellen visual acuity of 20/150 in the affected eye, intact motility, 7 mm of relative proptosis, significant dilated and tortuous "corkscrew" conjunctival vessels, serous choroidal and retinal detachments, optic nerve hyperemia, and venous tortuosity and dilation. Although the bony lesions in the left orbit were stable from 1 year prior on imaging, the diagnostic angiogram demonstrated osseous blush and hypervascularity of the lesion.

Background: Lens implantation becomes a major concern in patients lacking posterior capsular support, but various methods are available for rehabilitation. In such patients, scleral-fixated intraocular lens (SFIOL) implantation is preferred due to its fewer complications and better simulation of the natural lens position. In this non-randomized retrospective clinical study, we aimed to assess visual outcomes after sutureless SFIOL implantation in aphakic patients and factors affecting visual outcomes.

Introduction: To test for cancer specific mortality (CSM) differences after either radical prostatectomy (RP) or radiotherapy (RT) in incidental prostate cancer (IPCa) patients.

Patients And Methods: Within the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database (2004-2015), IPCa patients were identified. Cumulative incidence plots as well as competing risks regression (CRR) models were fitted to address CSM after adjustment for other-cause mortality (OCM).

Background: Epstein-Barr virus-positive (EBV) inflammatory follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (IFDCS) is a rare stroma-derived neoplasm of lymphoid tissues. It typically involves the spleen and liver, and is often associated with the presence of EBV. Because of its nonspecific clinical and imaging findings, making a correct diagnosis at the time of initial diagnosis is challenging.
