This paper describes a technique in which implanted polytetrafluoroethylene is used to reconstruct the nipple without having to perform a local flap or graft from a distant site. This procedure offers the advantage of not taking skin to reconstruct the nipple. In addition, the projection of the nipple is provided by the implanted material and is not obligated to blood supplying a local tissue flap. For these reasons, this technique offers an attractive alternative for patients who have failed past techniques or have compromised vascular supply due to radiation therapy.

Introduction: The following presentation explores the diagnostic potential of Contrast-Enhanced Mammography (CEM) in evaluating and managing Paget's Disease (PD) of the breast, particularly as an alternative or complementary tool to Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in cases where MRI is contraindicated or inconclusive.
Clinical Cases: Two clinical cases of PD diagnosed at our Breast Imaging Division between January and May 2024 were analyzed using CEM. These cases involved imaging techniques, including Digital Mammography (DM), Breast Ultrasound (US), MRI and CEM, alongside histopathological confirmation through nipple-areolar complex (NAC) punch biopsies.

Background: While there is mounting evidence that closed suction drains are not necessary, there is a paucity of literature to demonstrate that drains are harmful after breast reduction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of drains on postoperative seroma, hematoma, and infection, as well as elucidate any risk factors that may be implicated in the development of these complications.
Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted of all reduction mammaplasty procedures at our university medical center between 2010-2020.

Gigantomastia is an exceedingly rare condition characterized by extraordinary growth of breasts during pregnancy, and its underlying etiology remains elusive. Although surgical intervention is the primary treatment modality, there have been emerging prospects for utilizing adjunctive medical therapies, such as bromocriptine, to address this challenging condition. Herein, we report the case of a 26-year-old woman who experienced abrupt and asymmetric bilateral breast enlargement commencing in the second month of her pregnancy.
