Primary malignant lymphoma of the cervix is a rare disease. Because the number of reports of this cancer is limited, there is no consensus on its management, prognosis or the efficacy of various treatments. Primary malignant lymphoma of the cervix stage Ib was diagnosed in a 25-year-old woman. The patient was treated with 6 courses of CHOP chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone). Clinical and pathological responses were complete. This case supports current thinking in that, in selected young patients with primary malignant lymphoma of the cervix who desire to preserve fertility and ovarian functions, combination chemotherapy regimens such as CHOP are the treatment of choice.

Objectives: To assess the usefulness of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) in patients with early-stage oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).
Materials And Methods: Seventy-five patients (mean age 62 years) diagnosed with cT1-2 N0 underwent SLNB with Tc, lymphoscintigraphy/SPECT-CT, and gamma probe detection with intraoperative histological examination of the resected sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs). Elective neck dissection was performed during the same surgical procedure of primary tumor resection when malignant deposits were detected microscopically.
Background: Atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor (ATRT) is the most common malignant brain tumor in infants, and more than 60% of children with ATRT die from their tumor. ATRT is associated with mutational inactivation/deletion of , a member of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, suggesting that epigenetic events play a critical role in tumor development and progression. Moreover, disruption of SWI/SNF allows unopposed activity of epigenetic repressors, which contribute to tumorigenicity.

Background: There has been limited success of cancer immunotherapies in the treatment of ovarian cancer (OvCa) to date, largely due to the immunosuppressive tumour microenvironment (TME). Tumour-associated macrophages (TAMs) are a major component of both the primary tumour and malignant ascites, promoting tumour growth, angiogenesis, metastasis, chemotherapy resistance and immunosuppression. Differential microRNA (miRNA) profiles have been implicated in the plasticity of TAMs.

Introduction: The relationship between immune-related thyroid dysfunction (irTD) and survival rates in cancer patients remains unclear. Furthermore, the impact of variations in immunotherapy line numbers and pathological types among lung cancer patients on this relationship has not been fully elucidated. This study aims to evaluate the potential of irTD as a prognostic marker for immunotherapy in Chinese patients with lung cancer.

Primary breast osteosarcoma (PBOS) is an extremely rare and poor prognostic malignancy. Here, we presented a 44-year-old female with a primary osteosarcoma of the breast (POB). Comprehensive imaging examinations conducted on the patient can be used to expand the imaging database for cases of breast osteosarcoma.
