It's known that in newborn calves with dyspepsia in lipids leucocytes, erythrocytes, plasma and serum extracted from blood occur violation of parity between separate classes phospholipids in compare with healthy calves. It's revealed increasing of lipophosphatidilholin, sphingomielin, phosphatidilholin and decreasing of amount of phosphatidilserin, lizophosphatidic and phosphatidic acids in quantitative contents of phospholipids extracted from blood components. Indicated violations could be recovered after the treatment of ill calves by enterosgel in doze, which we developed and tested.

Infection by human herpes simplex virus type 1 and type 2 (HSV-1/2) is common globally though with wide regional variability. Seroepidemiology of HSV-1/2 infections is of utmost importance in formulating control strategies, but there is a paucity of data from many regions of India. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of anti-HSV-1/2 antibodies in Uttarakhand and adjoining areas and to study its pattern and distribution in different subgroups.

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the association between the white blood cell-to-platelet ratio (WPR) and 28-day all-cause mortality among patients experiencing cardiac arrest.
Methods: Utilizing data from 748 cardiac arrest patients in the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care-IV (MIMIC-IV) 2.2 database, machine learning algorithms, including the Boruta feature selection method, random forest modeling, and SHAP value analysis, were applied to identify significant prognostic biomarkers.

Interest in preventative dietary interventions for human health has increasingly focused on the endocannabinoid (eCB)-like compound palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), a bioactive lipid mediator with anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and neuroprotective properties. This Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020-compliant systematic review aimed at collecting and comprehensively discussing all available data from Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) evaluating the efficacy and tolerability of PEA supplementation across human illnesses in patient populations. Overall, 48 eligible outputs from 47 RCTs were extracted, covering neuropsychiatric ( = 15), neurological ( = 17), somatic ( = 13), and visceral ( = 11) disturbances, as well as PEA effects on blood/plasma or other tissue biomarkers ( = 10).

Objective: To systematically compare the benefits and risks of all thrombolytic agents (tenecteplase, reteplase, and alteplase) at different doses for thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).
Background: Alteplase is the cornerstone treatment for AIS, but alternative thrombolytic agents are needed. The efficacy and safety of tenecteplase and reteplase, compared to alteplase, remain unclear, as does the optimal dosing for these treatments.
