Background: Objective Subtle Cognitive Decline (obj-SCD) can be identified through standardized neuropsychological tests and may precede the development of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). Nevertheless, current clinical and research criteria lack a standardized protocol for identifying obj-SCD. This study introduces cutting-edge sensitive methods to characterize obj-SCD, defined through Alzheimer's disease (AD) biomarker-based longitudinal cognitive performance in episodic memory.

Background: Despite the fact that 1-year graft and recipient survival rates are above 90% in most transplant centers, improving long-term graft survival remains an important challenge. Immunosuppressant nonadherence has been recognized as one of the important risk factors for long-term graft failure. Understanding the modifiable correlates and risk factors for medication non-adherence is essential to develop interventions to improve adherence and thus long-term transplantation outcomes.

Background: Sedentary behaviour (SB) is detrimental to cardiometabolic disease (CMD) risk, which can begin in young adulthood. To devise effective SB-CMD interventions in young adults, it is important to understand which context-specific SB (CS-SB) are most detrimental for CMD risk, the lifestyle behaviours that cluster with CS-SBs and the socioecological predictors of CS-SB.
Methods And Analysis: This longitudinal observational study will recruit 500 college-aged (18-24 years) individuals.

In the Philippines, the co-occurrence of two or more types of malnutrition in an individual, also known as intra-individual double burden of malnutrition (DBM), has rarely been investigated. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of and the factors associated with DBM at the individual level among Filipino women of reproductive age (WRA) using the data collected from the 2018 Philippine Expanded National Nutrition Survey. For this study, intra-individual DBM was defined as the co-existence of overweight or obesity and anemia in an individual.
