For early detection of functional disorders and risk-factors among the engineering staff at a machine-building plant, a set of highly informative, physiologically grounded and accessible techniques were used. To improve the patterns of out-patient screening of the staff, the contributors used physiologic and psychologic testing techniques, ECG monitoring registration in dynamics in the real occupational conditions, and riskometry, which facilitated the substantiation procedures for individual medical recommendations.
