Panner's disease, or osteochondrosis of the capitellum, may actually be a continuum of disorders. In the past, such lesions were treated conservatively with surgery as a final option. With the advent of arthroscopy, a diagnosis can be made, and treatment with limited invasiveness instituted. This article reviews the diagnostic and therapeutic advantages of arthroscopic techniques in the treatment of Panner's disease.
