Background: Hereditary nephropathy is an important cause of renal insufficiency and end-stage renal disease. Therefore, for couples with monogenic nephropathy, preventing transmission of the disease to offspring is urgent. Background: This article analyzes the main coordination needs linked to the diagnosis and treatment of oncological diseases, presenting the various integration tools that our healthcare organization adopted to guarantee continuity of care at the IRCCS IFO (Istituto di Ricovero e Cura a Carattere Scientifico Istituti Fisioterapici Ospitalieri) in Rome. The object of investigation is the disease management team (DMT) organization for the diagnosis and treatment of people suffering from oncological disease and the consequences in terms of improving their management.
Methods: The study focuses, in particular, on the analysis of the different organizational methods chosen for the management of activities related to diagnosis and treatment paths.

Research Question: Does a short co-incubation of gametes in conventional IVF affect post-insemination outcomes and embryo morphokinetics?
Design: Sibling oocyte randomized pilot study conducted between December 2020 and March 2023. Eligible couples (n = 55) were women aged 18-43 years with BMI 35 km/m or lower and male normal semen parameters. Cumulus oocyte complexes (COC) (six to 12) were randomized in a 1:1:2 proportion in long (16-18 h) or short (2 h) co-incubation IVF exposure and ICSI, respectively.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the impact of a woman's previous cesarean delivery (CD) on pregnancy and neonatal outcomes for subsequent in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) and single frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET), compared with vaginal delivery (VD).
Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study that included a total of 5817 patients who desired to transfer a single vitrified-thawed blastocyst from the same oocyte retrieval cycle as their last live birth between January 2011 and January 2021 at a single reproductive medicine center. Patients with a single previous CD were classified in the CD group, while those with a single VD were assigned to the VD group.
