Importance: More than 4 million Medicare beneficiaries have enrolled in dual-eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs), and coordination-only D-SNPs are common. Little is known about the impact of coordination-only D-SNPs on Medicaid-covered services and spending, including long-term services and supports, which are financed primarily by Medicaid.

Objective: To evaluate changes in Medicaid fee-for-service (FFS) spending before and after new enrollment in coordination-only D-SNPs vs new enrollment in non-D-SNP Medicare Advantage (MA) plans among community-living beneficiaries enrolled in both Medicare and North Carolina Medicaid.

In this work, the conventional melt quenching approach is used to synthesize the Pr doped NaF-BiO-BO-SiO (NBBS) glasses. The influence of Pr ions on their spectroscopic and structural characteristics in glass network is investigated. The amorphous nature of the samples has been amply verified by X-ray diffraction patterns.

Primary brain tumors that were the most severe and aggressive were called glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). Cancers are caused in part by aberrant expression of circular RNA. Often referred to as competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA), circRNA molecules act as "miRNA sponges" in cells by decreasing the inhibitory impact of miRNA on their target genes and hence raising the expression levels of those genes.

Nanocomposites of epoxy with FeO featuring dynamic disulfide bonds were fabricated. To facilitate the dispersion of FeO nanoparticles, we synthesized poly(ε-caprolactone)-grafted FeO nanoparticles, which were then incorporated into epoxy to generate robust interfacial interactions between epoxy and the inorganic nanoparticles. Through this approach, a fine dispersion of the inorganic nanoparticles in the epoxy matrix was successfully obtained.

Avoiding severe structural distortion, irreversible phase transition, and realizing the stabilized multielectron redox are vital for promoting the development of high-performance NASICON-type cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries (SIBs). Herein, a high-entropy NaVFeTiMnCr(PO) (HE-NaTMP) cathode material is prepared by ultrafast high-temperature shock, which inhibits the possibility of phase separation and achieves reversible and stable multielectron transfer of 2.4/2.
