idemiological studies reveal that aging has significant consequences in community mental health. The mobile Team of the old age psychiatry (EMPAA) in Lausanne has the mission to respond to the increasing demands of psychiatric care, in a flexible, rapid and economic way, combining a high level of conceptual specificity with the logic of proximity. Background: Perinatal mental health problems, such as anxiety, stress, and depression, warrant particularly close monitoring and intervention, but they are often unaddressed in both obstetric and psychiatric clinics, with limited accessibility and treatment resources. Mobile health interventions may provide an effective and more accessible solution for addressing perinatal mental health. Development and evaluation of a mobile mental health intervention specifically for pregnant women are warranted.

Background: An increasing number of wearable medical devices are being used for personal monitoring and professional health care purposes. These mobile health devices collect a variety of biometric and health data but do not routinely connect to a patient's electronic health record (EHR) or electronic medical record (EMR) for access by a patient's health care team.
Methods: The International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC) Committee on Mobile Health and Bioengineering in Laboratory Medicine (C-MHBLM) developed consensus recommendations for consideration when interfacing mobile health devices to an EHR/EMR.
